Funding

Massachusetts employers can train at no net cost

The Commonwealth's Workforce Training Fund Express Program reimburses employee training — and most small and mid-sized companies already qualify.

How it works

1. Your company applies online (about 15 minutes) at least 21 days before the training date, selecting our approved course — Applied AI for Business: The Build Day (C-16122) — from the state's Express course directory. 2. The state approves a training grant. 3. After the training, you're reimbursed — 100% of the cost for employers with 100 or fewer Massachusetts employees, up to $15,000 per company per calendar year (within $300 per instructional hour and $3,000 per employee per course — our courses are priced inside both caps; the annual cap resets each January). Funds are awarded first-come, first-served, so applying early matters.
